I’m not normally one to give high praise, but this needs to be done. My youngest son left for Marine boot camp early June. On the 14th I finally stopped (after he had begged me) at Premier Fitness to talk to the owner about getting in shape. He gave me Ashley’s card and told me to call her. At first I thought he was putting me off, however, it was the best thing anyone has done for me in a long time. I met Ashley on the 17th and started working out on the 19th. She has slowly worked on building my strength; lower, upper and cardio. In just a couple of weeks I noticed a difference, even mentally. Instead of a ‘diet’ she has helped me to make better choices of what I was already eating, eliminating the things that weren’t necessary. In just over 3 months, my neck size has gone from 18 1/2 to 17 1/2, my waist from 45 to 41 and my weight from 313 to 284. I look forward to each of my three weekly sessions, and to the way that I will look AND feel going into 2020. She in patient, knowledgable and personable. Again, rarely do I recommend something or someone so highly. Oh, btw, I’ll be 61 next birthday!

I started working with Ashley a little over a month ago, she helped me break a plateau I've been struggling with for the past 15 years. I am so happy with the progress so far and I don’t feel deprived like all my other diets made me feel. She is knowledgeable, I love the information as to why I'm eating or not eating something instead of just it's good/bad for you.  As she mentions in her Blog, not everyone's body reacts the same. She is very passionate, energetic, and best of all fun. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with her.

Ashley is very passionate about nutrition, personal training and overall health. She has been training me for a couple of months, and the changes I've seen have been amazing. I'm getting stronger every day. She has taken me out of my comfort zone, and taught me to deadlift (something I never would have tried on my own) I LOVE IT!
